There is nothing that says you have to go to a gym to be at the gym. In fact, sometimes getting out of the gym is exactly what you need to get out of a workout rut. With the rising temperatures and longer days, it’s the perfect time to get outside and get sweaty.
Cardio is great but it can also become boring and doesn’t lead to post-workout calorie burn the same way resistance training does. That’s not to say you shouldn’t do cardio but by utilizing supersets you can bring cardio into your weightlifting.
