What is PiYo?
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. It was designed for people who want the mind-body benefits of a yoga or Pilates workout, but with a higher-energy, higher-sweat class. You don’t need a background in yoga and Pilates to try PiYo, but some of the same simple poses like Downward Dog and Warrior are used.
