Classes at Slope Fitness

HIIT Circuit (Pre-Brunch Krunch) 9:30am Sundays – This functional workout combines High-Intensity Interval Training with circuits. Using a mix of body weight, cardio and strength training this class will have you dripping with sweat as you move from station to station

Body Sculpt 6:30pm Tuesdays – Combining Strength training with cardio bursts, this class will sculpt and define the total body while improving your cardiovascular endurance

Balance & Chisel 6:30pm Thursdays -Using a Stability ball throughout this workout adds a continuous challenge to exercises that use either body weight or dumbbells. To stay on the ball – literally- you’re forced to engage all your muscles. 

NYSC – Park Slope

Bootcamp 10:45am Thursdays – An aggressive, military-style, circuit workout featuring high-intensity conditioning and power moves.

Eastern Athletic Club

Core/Flex 10:00am Fridays – Improve both your core strength and flexibility in this fusion class that utilizes moves from pilates, yoga and functional training.
